Redditch Choral Society

Members of Redditch Choral Society take part in concerts and workshops given by Making Music. They also promote their own events, supported by Redditch Borough Council, which have included major concerts in Redditch and Birmingham. Their conductor, Alma Bright, sang in their first Messiah performance in 1964. Since then the choir has sung many of the well loved works of the great composers including Bizet's Carmen at the Palace Theatre, summer concerts at Norgrove Court and performances with professional soloists and orchestra in local churches including Haydn's Creation at St. Stephen's Church in May 2008
